The Jet3up EP has a capacity of coding up to 252 000 eggs per hour using 8 lanes and 8 printers. Just like all the other Leibinger printers, the Jet3up EP is equipped with automated Sealtronic Nozzle seal. This means that when the printer is activated shut down mode, be it short or long term, the gutter moves to the nozzle to form an airtight circuit. This process prevents nozzle clogging meaning that the ink in the print head is prevented from drying out making the printer always ready to use as no time consuming cleaning is required.

The Jet3up EP offers complete flexibility when positioning marks or codes on the egg. Coding or marking options include from pole to pole, imprinting the top and bottom and on the side (front). Jet3up EP delivers excellent print results on all possible packaging materials when imprinting egg cartons. These include plastic, carton/ paper, shrink-wrap and foam. Different eggs sizes are coded safely and reliably without readjusting the print head.

They are shipped with all interfaces, connections and cable sets allowing for quick and easy plug and play. Complete integration into the egg sorting machine provides enormous advantages, such as automatic application of any changes in printing data for all printers in the system and automatic updates to the expiration date. It also ensures that each individual egg is imprinted with information that is specific to that egg.
