Fonts, consecutive numbers, graphics, logos can be printed on products in small sizes with high precision that remain perfectly legible. Printing of 5 lines at a height of just 0.07mm is made possible by the extra small nozzle sizes of 30 and 40 micron.
Print is applied even on smallest print areas
The Jet3up is useful when a small print area is available on the product or when the marking is to be applied very discretely. Products as small as a match stick can be precisely marked at the right place.
Maximum efficiency
Use of Jet3up MI entails maximum efficiency for product marking. This is because the small nozzle of 35 or 40 micron enables generation of very small ink droplets. This ultimately means less ink is required for marking. As a result ink consumption is very low.
